Our customers entrust us with the responsibility to create floral arrangements that have strong emotions attached to them. We take this honour seriously and we listen carefully to every customer’s flower brief. We apply our flower industry knowledge to creating bouquets that accurately express our client’s intended thoughts to the receiver of our flowers.
We keep up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that what we offer our customers, is always fresh and relevant. Regardless of whether our customers call us on the phone, order via our website or come into our shop, we make them feel special.
We always treat our customers appropriately. By this we mean, we will bring empathy during difficult times and share the joy during the fun times.
Flowers and containers may vary slightly to what is pictured depending on season and availability. We ensure all orders that leave our shop in top condition. Please contact us ASAP if you are not fully satisfied.
We deliver throughout Whangarei City Monday - Saturday (See map below for details)
and Rural areas: Tuesday - Saturday*. *NB Saturday rural delivery must be ordered the day before.
Whangarei City Limits - $15
Rural Delivery - $20
For same day delivery within Whangarei City, orders need to be received by 1.30pm Monday to Friday . NB Saturdays 10.30am
24 hours notice is needed for any Rural Delivery orders.
We trust that customers are providing us with full and correct address details – however Amber-Lee Florist accepts no responsibility for damages or delays if you provide us incorrect delivery details or position an address to be non-rural, when it is. If you have any queries whether your delivery is rural, please either consult Google Maps or contact us and we can check our courier schedule.
If you request a particular time for delivery, we will always notify the couriers but we cannot guarantee that it will happen due to volumes.
We can also arrange delivery for you throughout New Zealand and around the World.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.
